I can sort of relate with the PTSD. I have schizoaffective disorder. Anyway, I really liked this entry and very much agree with you. I love the name of your blog too and the images of the Buddha. I follow Buddhist philosophy and would probably call myself a Thich Nhat Hanh Buddhist mystic. Take care!
